LSA Recipe

LSA stands for linseeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds.

It’s used as a topping (Sweetener) in the liver cleansing diet. LSA has a slightly sweet and nutty taste, and you can sprinkle it on just about anything. Store it in the refrigerator or freeze it. LSA is a good source of protein and essential fatty acids.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups whole linseeds (Flaxseeds)
2 Cups whole Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup whole Almonds

DIRECTIONS:

Mix and grind together until fine. I usually start with a food processor and then use a regular coffee grinder. I find a coffee grinder works best, Since the powder tends to stick in the food processor.
